Kevin Miyauchi
Mr. Miyauchi has over twenty four years of real estate development and construction experience in Canadian cities such as Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Oshawa, Mississauga, and Oakville. Mr. Miyauchi founded MIYA Consulting Inc. in July 2002.
Michel Poirier, P.Eng.
Michel is Remediation Engineer in the Impact Management Branch at the New Brunswick Department of Environment. For the past decade, he has been responsible for providing contaminated sites management program services to public and private stakeholders throughout the Province.
Gordon G. Check
Gordon G. Check, M.A.Sc., P.Geo., works for Nova Scotia Environment as senior regulatory and contaminated sites advisor. The Nova Scotia Government has a keen interest, expressed in legislation, in stimulating contaminated land cleanup and brownfield development, while protecting the environment. Gordon is leading the Department’s initiative to develop new regulatory tools addressing these objectives.

Hon Lu is a Senior Project Manager, Associate at MMM Group. (Brownfield Urban Revitalization and Real Property Advisor) He has worked extensively with municipal and local government, advising on urban brownfields revitalization, strategic issues management, land use development, and green building development.
George Boire
George is the Environmental Practice Leader for Marsh Canada. His responsibilities include managing the operations of the practice, acting as a senior advisor to clients, managing company relationships with leading environmental insurance markets, and fostering and developing new business opportunities, in Canada, for environmental insurance solutions as well as risk consulting services.

David W. Hopper, M.Eng., P.Eng. is a Principal of WESA Inc and the Toronto Office Manager. Mr. Hopper is responsible for the WESA Toronto office with senior responsibility for corporate activities in site assessment and remediation.

A P.Eng, as well as a n OAA (Honarary Architect), Rashmi has 40+ years in the Industry, and also spent 22 years as a Municipal Administrator , with 11 of those years in Hamilton , and 11 more years in Toronto.

Dr. James (Jamie) Doran
Dr. Doran is a Business Development Manager at the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE), and the Manager of the OCE Connections Program. He has over fifteen years of experience in education and student-centered programs in Ontario; and ten years experience in the science business and innovation sector. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Guelph, a Graduate Certificate from the International Space University; and a B.Ed. from Queen’s University. He’s devoted to Ontario’s sustainable future and contributes, as advisor and project manager, to numerous green initiatives that drive environmental education and innovation in the province.
Aden Ahmed Takar
Dr Takar is a senior environmental scientist with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. As senior scientist he is responsible for developing ecological standards and reviewing ecological risk assessment of contaminated sites.
Eric Bristow
Eric is Director, Government & Stakeholder Relations for the Canadian Petroleum Products Institute, Ontario Division. Prior to joining CPPI, Eric retired after working 32 years with Imperial Oil, including more recent roles as Corporate Manager for environment and safety planning and Manufacturing Manager for part of the Chemical operations in Sarnia.
Taras W. Obal, Ph.D., C.Chem.
Dr. Taras (Terry) Obal is the Manager of the Scientific Services Department at Maxxam Analytics. As such he manages a team of Senior Scientific Specialists, with diverse market sector expertise who are responsible for ensuring the technical validity, scientific integrity and regulatory compliance of operational activities at Maxxam.
Didier Lapointe
Didier Lapointe, P.Eng. is a Senior Associate - Practice Lead, Oil and Gas with Stantec.
Since 1994, Mr. Lapointe has been involved with environmental assessments and environmental remediation of soils and groundwater including determination of remedial costs as well as preparation of remediation tendering and contractual documents, first in Québec, and since 1999, in Ontario.

Marguerite Ceschi-Smith
Marguerite is a City Councillor in Brantford, Ontario, and represents one of the oldest areas in the city, where residents are faced every day with the sight of old abandoned factory sites. She has championed brownfields for more than a decade, strongly encouraging municipal, provincial, and national decision makers to remove the legislative, policy, and bureaucratic obstacles impeding redevelopment. In 2004, Marguerite was awarded the Canadian Urban Institute’s National Brownfielder of the Year Award.
Bryan Morris
Bryan Morris is the Community Renewal Coordinator with the City of St. Catharines. Bryan is responsible for a variety of activities that enables the facilitation of the Community Improvement Plan; from initial inquiries regarding the financial incentive programs to the preparation of reports to Council. As the largest municipality and the only Urban Growth Centre in the Niagara Region, the experiences in St. Catharines are setting the tone for the positive opportunities for the other eleven municipalities in the Region.
Brian Morris
Brian Morris is a Business Development Consultant and Brownfield Coordinator with the City of Hamilton's Economic Development & Real Estate Division. His regular duties include business retention, expansion and attraction efforts as well as administering the City's Brownfield Redevelopment Program and LEED Grant Program. Brian has been with the City for close to three years, and his previous work experience includes economic development duties with a rural municipality
Lori Martin
Lori Martin is a Senior Cultural Affairs Officer with the City of Toronto. As an urban planner, Lori Martin joined Toronto Culture in 2001 and has worked on the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage buildings for cultural purposes such as the Wychwood Car Barns and Don Valley Brick Works. Lori was an expert witness at the Ontario Municipal Board hearing regarding the West Queen West neighbourhood and more recently at the settlement hearing at the Distillery District.

Kevin Jones
Kevin Jones is the President and CEO of the Ontario Centre for Environmental Technology Advancement (OCETA). OCETA is a private corporation with a mandate to deliver customer-driven initiatives that accelerate the deployment and market adoption of clean technology products and environmentally sustainable solutions. In 2009, Kevin was instrumental in driving an initiative to conduct a first-ever analysis and report on Ontario’s clean technology sector. In 2010, he provided the project leadership on an analysis and report to position Ontario as a global leader in clean water technologies.
Wes Funk
Wes Funk, , B.Comm., B.Sc., M.E.Des.is the Regional Director of EcoNomics for WorleyParsons Canada. He has 16 years of experience providing sustainable development (SD), management and environmental consulting services both domestically and internationally. Mr. Funk’s expertise lies in the identification, quantification and financial treatment of environmental, social and economic risks and benefits associated with infrastructure, power, hydrocarbon and mining projects.
Catherine Creber
Catherine is the Remediation Manager with Dow Chemical Canada ULC. For the past 23 years, she has been involved in the investigation and remediation of Dow sites across Canada and the United States and currently holds the position of remediation manager for Dow Canada and California sites. Catherine led the project to remove contaminated sediment adjacent to the Dow site in the St. Clair River. Most recently, she has led the 4 year project to close and cleanup the site of the former Dow plant in Sarnia, Ontario.
Lisa A. Prime
Lisa is the Director of Sustainability for Waterfront Toronto, which oversees revitalization of approximately 2000 acres of land in Toronto’s waterfront. Lisa liaises with all activities on the waterfront to implement the Corporation’s Sustainability Framework and related performance measures, set out to support market transformation, for sustainable development. Her environmental planning experience also ranges from managing very controversial landfill and other Environmental Assessments, international strategic policy development, Conservation Authority planning approvals, to tactical roles with the province and federal government in areas of sustainability.
Jeanette Southwood
Jeanette Southwood, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., FEC, QPESA, QPRA, is Principal & Global and Canadian Sustainable Cities Leader at Golder Associates - a global, employee-owned ground engineering and environmental services firm of 7,000 around the world founded in Toronto in 1960. At Golder, Jeanette leads the Global and Canadian Sustainable Cities teams across many sectors including Transportation, Energy & Power, Real Estate, Finance, Insurance and Legal, Land Development, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure. One area of focus for her team is the strategic integration of cutting-edge global innovation and knowledge into economical and effective local solutions.

Stephen Upton
Steve has been working in the land development and building industry for over 40 years. He joined the Tridel team in 1982 and worked with other associates to formulate and evolve an internal Development Planning Group that would manage the land acquisition and the development process of its various projects. Steve has been with Tridel for 28 years and is currently its Vice President of Development Planning. He is also on the Executive and Board of Directors of BILD and a former Chair of the Toronto chapter of BILD.
Lucy Cameron
Lucy Cameron is Vice President at DIAMOND CORP. Lucy has over 20 years of experience in the planning and development field. As a lead on a number of large projects, Lucy was involved with the redevelopment of the former Goodyear site in Etobicoke, the development charges study in Dufferin-Peel and the Provincial Facilitator’s Task Force on School Accommodation.
Lucy worked in the private sector on a number of complex developments in the Toronto area where she was responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site selection, budgeting, project development, negotiating with municipal officials, drafting of planning instruments and managing a team of professional consultants.
David Harper, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Harper is a managing partner in the Kilmer Brownfield Equity Fund which is the Canada's first private equity fund to specialize in brownfield redevelopment in the Canadian marketplace. Mr. Harper's primary role is to quantify and manage the environmental risks associated with the Fund's brownfield opportunities and to integrate site remedial strategies with site redevelopment and finance. Through his active involvement in many brownfield initiatives and leadership in the Canadian Brownfield Network (CBN) Mr. Harper has provided strategic advice on various topics that have encouraged policy and regulatory reforms for brownfield redevelopment in Canada.
David Michael Morrison, B.A., LL.B.
David is President of Morrison Financial Services Limited. In 1987, he formed Morrison Financial Services Limited. The Company’s focus at that time was to provide asset-based financing to small and medium-sized businesses that did not qualify for working capital credit under the stringent terms normally imposed by the major banks. During its 23-year history, Morrison Financial has expanded its range of service offerings to include mortgage lending, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Morrison Financial Mortgage Corporation. Also, it has become the leading lender to condominium corporations that require funds to complete major repairs to their common elements.
John Dill
Mr. Dill is the Managing Partner at CCI Development Group of Companies, a real estate investment and development company, and has more than 30 years of experience. As President of Caltor Properties Limited since 1985, Mr. Dill has participated in the development and sale of land resulting in the sale and construction of over 4,000 residential housing units. In 2004, Mr. Dill co-founded Cherokee Canada Inc., a leading brownfield redevelopment company in Canada, partnering with Cherokee Investment Partners, LLC, (the largest brownfield redevelopment company in the US) on a number of projects. The CCI Development Group of Companies is currently involved in projects which have a build-out value of in excess of $1 Billion.

Eric Pringle
Eric Pringle is Vice President and a Principal at Hemmera, a progressive consulting firm that provides professional services and specialized expertise in environmental planning, science, engineering and management for projects across western and northern Canada. Eric is an industry specialist in contaminated site remediation and brownfield redevelopment.
Scott Bailey
Scott Bailey is the Manager of Brownfields and Program Development at the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Lands. In his current position, Scott is responsible for designing, developing and implementing the BC Brownfield Renewal Strategy and for overseeing redevelopment activities for a number of provincially owned brownfield sites across BC.
Mike Mellross
Mike Mellross is a Senior Environmental Project Manager in the City of Edmonton’s Office of Environment. In 2009, Mike took a lead role in developing the City’s Contaminated Sites Management Strategy for City Owned properties.
Will Ratliffe, P. Geol.
Mr Ratliffe is a Senior Environmental Specialist in Husky’s Mid and Downstream Environmental Operations group. His primary responsibility is the management of Husky’s inactive mid and downstream sites, ranging from former service stations to refineries, throughout Canada and the US.
Peter Reid
Mr. Peter Reid, M.Eng., P.Eng. is a principal with Stantec Consulting Ltd., having over 15 years of experience identifying and remediating contaminated sites in locations throughout Canada. Mr. Reid has completed over 1,000 projects for the residential, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, mining, military, and government clients.
Bruno Thielmann
Bruno Thielmann is the Director of Land Development with Wesgroup Properties LP. Bruno’s innate ability to incorporate multiple perspectives into a unified land-use vision is the key to Wesgroup’s success. Bruno is passionate about working with First Nations, and currently serves as a Director for the Klahoose First Nation Development Corporation where he provides business acumen to their forestry, transportation, tourism and aquaculture opportunities.

Janet L. Bobechko
Ms Bobechko is a partner at Blaney McMurtry LLP. Janet is a Certified Specialist in Environmental Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Her advice is widely sought on a variety of environmental matters for her practical approach to resolving complex matters. Ms Bobechko’s practice over the past 19 years covers all aspects of environmental law with an emphasis on environmental compliance issues arising from an ever broadening web of federal, provincial and municipal regulatory requirements. Her practice involves advising clients in relation to risk management measures for legacy contaminated sites and Brownfield redevelopment.
Raffi Bedrosyan
Raffi Bedrosyan works as the Director of Port Lands and Civil Infrastructure at Waterfront Toronto since 2007. His responsibilities include overseeing the management of all civil infrastructure projects within Waterfront Toronto related to the revitalization of East Bayfront, West Don Lands, Central Waterfront and Port Lands precincts. Additionally, he is responsible for all planning and development projects within the Port Lands, as well as the implementation of the soil and groundwater management strategy for the entire Waterfront Toronto lands. He is also in charge of the Pilot Soil Recycling Facility within the Port Lands.
Bastiaan Lammers
Bastiaan Lammers is a Project Development Manager for Boskalis Dolman, the environmental specialist of the Netherlands based Royal Boskalis Westminster Group. Bastiaan was the project manager on the Miami River 15’ Maintenance Dredging Project in Miami, Florida and was involved in the start-up of the Fox River Cleanup Project in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This project is one of the largest sediment remediation projects in the world, with a total of more than three million m3 of PCB contaminated sediments which will be removed from the Fox River and delivered to the project-tailored processing facility.
Liz Peace
Liz Peace is a Senior Project Manager for CH2M HILL's Environmental Services group. Over the past 13 years, Liz has focused on project management for complex sites requiring the integration of remediation and redevelopment. Liz leads large integrated land redevelopment programs, including remediation, industrial site (brownfield) closures, compressed schedule and complex stakeholder driven remediation projects in both the US and Canada. Liz is currently the Strategy Leader for an integrated site decommissioning, remediation, and redevelopment program at a former chemical manufacturing facility in Southwestern Ontario.
Jana Joyce, B.L.Arch, OALA, CSLA, ASLA
Jana Joyce is an Associate (Landscape Architecture / Urban Design) at Brook McIlroy/Pace Architects, and has over fourteen years experience in a range of landscape architectural, architectural and planning environments within Canada, the U.S.A. and Europe. She has diverse experience, particularly in the area of urban design and streetscape guidelines, heritage design guidelines, open space system planning, and streetscape and landscape master plans. Jana is currently the project manager for a series of redevelopment landscape projects for Thunder Bay Marina Park.

Harry Dahme
Harry Dahme is a senior partner of the Environmental Law Group at Gowlings' Toronto office. He has particular expertise in advising clients in respect of contaminated sites and Brownfields. He has spoken extensively on these topics and has provided a “Cross-Country Review” of changes in provincial contaminated sites legislation to the Brownfields Conference almost since its inception.
Alan McCammon
Alan McCammon is Manager, Remediation Assurance & Brownfields for the Land Remediation (Contaminated Sites) Section of BC’s Ministry of Environment. Mr. McCammon’s primary responsibilities focus on the areas of brownfield redevelopment, compliance, and environmental assessments involving contaminated sites. He manages the Ministry of Environment's role in implementing the BC Brownfield Renewal Strategy focusing on the contaminated sites and brownfield regulatory framework and participating in a broad range of education and capacity building initiatives.
Michel Beaulieu
Mr. Michel Beaulieu joined the Quebec Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks Ministry Contaminated Soil Department in 1984. As a scientific and policy advisor, he was involved in the conception and implementation of the various laws, regulations, policies and programs concerning the rehabilitation of contaminated land produced by the Ministry during the last 25 years. He is currently working on regulations and programs intended to further enhance the rehabilitation of contaminated land.
Chris Thompson
Chris Thompson has worked for the ministry for 21 years and is a professional planner with a Master's Degree in Planning from the University of Toronto.
In his current position as Brownfields Co-ordinator, Chris is responsible for facilitating the re-use and redevelopment of former industrial and commercial lands through working with Ministries, municipalities, and stakeholders on strategic reforms to Ontario policies and programs.
Susan Cudahy
Susan Cudahy is the newly appointed Senior Manager, Client Services, for the National Programs division of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. Previously she has held the offices of inaugural General Manager of the Waterloo Regional Marketing Corporation and founding President and CEO of the Greater Peterborough Area Economic Development Corporation. Susan was also President of OZ Management Consulting, focusing on economic development, sustainability, venture capital investment and tourism-related issues within both rural and urban municipalities throughout Canada.
Michel Poirier, P.Eng.
Michel is Remediation Engineer in the Impact Management Branch at the New Brunswick Department of Environment. His work includes the regulatory review of environmental consulting reports and facilitation of brownfield redevelopment opportunities. Gordon is leading the Department’s initiative to develop new regulatory tools involving a comprehensive policy evaluation and formulation of appropriate new regulatory components of contaminated sites management/brownfield redevelopment promotion. Gordon also currently represents Nova Scotia Environment on the Atlantic PIRI committee.

Noriko Otsuka
Dr. Noriko Otsuka is a Research Associate at the Institute of Geography, University of Basel, Switzerland, and a visiting research fellow at Osaka University in Japan. She has a PhD in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Over the last three years she has been the key member of a research project comparing the regeneration of brownfield sites in England and Japan, jointly conducted by Oxford Brookes University and Osaka University. Her research interests relate to urban regeneration, urban design, town centre management, brownfield development and transport planning.
Hans van Duijne
Mr. van Duijne has experience in the management of large international projects in the field of soil and groundwater and river basin management. The past fourteen years he worked for TNO (now Deltares) as project manager in international projects in the field of soil remediation and river basin management in Europe for different governments and the European Commission, in setting up European networks and the management of large international projects in the field of soil and groundwater remediation, river basin management. The last year he also acted as cluster manager Canada with the Netherlands Soil Partnership which seeks to join forces in different countries to enhance knowledge and experience in the field of soil and groundwatermanagement om policy, R&D, advice and implementation level.
Lars Henriksson
Lars studied at The University of Alberta in Edmonton on a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship, graduating with an MBA. In 1982, Lars returned to Canada for a position with The Swedish Trade Council in Toronto, eventually becoming Deputy Trade Commissioner. In 1991, Lars founded his own consulting firm, Norditrade Inc, specializing in international trade development between Scandinavian and North American companies.
Over the years, Lars has held numerous positions in the Swedish-Canadian community, including being Chairman of The Swedish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. In February 2002, Lars was appointed Honorary Consul for Sweden in Ontario by the Swedish Government. He was reappointed in 2006 and 2010.

Victor Severino
Victor was appointed acting Assistant Deputy Minister of the Ontario Growth Secretariat in January 2010. Immediately prior to joining the Ministry of Infrastructure Victor worked at the Ministry of Finance, where he directed the development of Ontario’s budget and managed fiscal relations with the federal government and other provinces. During his time with the Ministry of Finance, Victor also served as Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs, where he helped deliver five Ontario Budgets and four Fall Economic Statements.
Meg Davis
Meg Davis has been with Waterfront Toronto as the Vice President of Development for the West Don Lands for three years. She is responsible for leading the marketing and development of the West Don Lands precinct, ensuring development occurs within Waterfront Toronto’s sustainability framework. In addition, Meg oversees development of the public infrastructure of the West Don Lands and co-ordinates the planning, design and construction phases of this significant development.
Steve Nightingale
Steve is the Development Manager at Concord Adex Developments. Prior to his career in development, Steve spent seven years working at various architectural firms in Toronto on medium-to-large scale institutional and high-rise residential projects, with a particular focus on detailed design and construction methodology. Since joining Concord Adex in February of 2007, he has been responsible for managing the design phases of several residential buildings in the Railway Lands West area of downtown Toronto, along with overseeing the recent master plan work for Concord Park Place in North York.

Frank is a fourth-generation builder and has worked in the industry for his entire career. Frank is now FRAM’s president having grown the company from three full-time employees to 25. The award-winning GTA-based company is involved in a range of enterprises including land development, residential and commercial construction and property management. FRAM has construction projects in Canada, the United States and southern Italy. Frank received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Paul Bedford
Paul Bedford is an Adjunct Professor of City Planning at the University of Toronto and Ryerson University and an Urban Mentor with Paul Bedford & Associates in Toronto, which includes proactive involvement in a wide variety of public planning issues in numerous capacities primarily within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
He is a member of the Waterfront Toronto Urban Design Review Panel, a member of the National Capital Commission Planning Advisory Committee in Ottawa, and a futures columnist in the Ontario Planning Journal and a Senior Associate of the Canadian Urban Institute. He is also a member of the CAMH Property Committee guiding the long-term redevelopment of the Queen Street Mental Health and Addiction Facility.
Mr. Bedford was the former Chief City Planner for the City of Toronto and is a passionate advocate of transit and city building throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Andy Fillmore MCIP AICP LPP
Andy is the Manager of Urban Design, Halifax Regional Municipality. He is a city planner and urban designer with degrees from Dalhousie University and the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. After practicing in Boston and Portland Maine for 14 years, he returned to his native Halifax in 2005 to fill the newly created Manager of Urban Design position at the Halifax Regional Municipality.
As lead Urban Designer Andy’s primary role has been managing the recently adopted HRMbyDESIGN Downtown Halifax Plan. This design-based plan established design guidelines for architecture and public space design, and a streamlined development review process in which a volunteer Design Review Committee has taken over approval authority from city council. In 2010 HRMbyDESIGN was honoured with two national awards: a CIP planning excellence award, and an RAIC Urban Design award.
Andy is now managing the creation of the Neighbourhood Greenprint for dense, walkable and complete urban neighbourhoods, and; is the senior urban design advisor for Halifax’s new Central Public Library and proposed new Convention Centre.
Andy is a lecturer at Dalhousie’s Faculty of Architecture and Planning, and a founding board member of the Council for Canadian Urbanism; a national organization dedicated to making design excellence, sustainability and good urbanism the commonplace traits of Canadian communities.
Jennifer Keesmaat, BA, MES, RPP, MCIP
Jennifer Keesmaat, M.E.S., MCIP, RPP, is a founding partner of Office for Urbanism, a planning and design firm located in the city of Toronto that specializes in the integration of planning, design and consensus building processes. She has a combined honours B.A. degree from The University of Western Ontario and an M.E.S. degree in urban planning from York University in Toronto, where she studied the political processes that shape our urban environments.
Jennifer is a registered professional planner, an award-winning member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a member of the Congress for New Urbanism. She is qualified to provide expert testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board as a land use planner with a specific expertise in urban design. Jennifer is a regular guest lecturer at York University, the University of Toronto and Ryerson University, where she speaks on diverse subjects that include policy development, urban development processes, and implementation strategies.
Les Klein, m.arch., oaa, aibc, fraic, associate aia

A founder and principal of Quadrangle, Les is committed to the notion that urban design, city building and architectural excellence all play important roles in maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for the entire community.
Les has two Bachelor of Science degrees (one in Arts & Design, the other in Mathematics) and a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As a result of his MIT education, Les takes a problem-solving approach to architecture that pays great heed to each individual client’s needs and aspirations. He is able to envision a range of solutions to every architectural challenge.
Previously the founding partner of Klein Taylor Goldsmith Limited, Les merged his firm with Curtner Brown Architects to create Quadrangle in 1986. His work in innovative residential development for diverse populations, the adaptive reuse of existing structures and the creation of dynamic environments for ideas-based private sector entrepreneurs has greatly influenced the growth and success of the firm. Much of this work is focused on urban housing, broadcast and media facilities, corporate offices and hotels.
A firm believer in sharing knowledge, Les lectures extensively at professional conferences and seminars. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design, as well as a visiting critic at the University of Waterloo and York University. In 1994, Les was honoured by his peers with induction into the College of Fellows of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (FRAIC). Among his numerous professional volunteer activities, he has served as Chair of the Ontario Fire Code Commission and the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) Complaints Committee and currently sits on the OAA Discipline Committee.
Les has received national and international attention for The Green Ribbon, his audacious idea to build a 7km long green roof and park over the elevated portions of the Gardiner Expressway in downtown Toronto, keeping the existing roadway intact below.
Ashley Willard Bauman
For the last 11 years Ashley has been immersed in the Real Estate Development world working with developers in a leadership capacity on over 55 projects in 14 countries. Ashley’s expertise ranges from strategic envisioning, public realm/product design to detailed sales and marketing strategy and execution. Ashley served as Director of Business Innovation for Playground /Intrawest; the world’s largest developer of village centered resorts, and was the Vice President of Real Estate for Envisioning and Storytelling. Most recently Ashley served as Project Director for Starwood Capital Group and consulted for various Urban and Resort Developers Internationally. Ashley now serves as Vice President of Strategy and Results for Braun Allison. If you know Ashley, you know she is about delivering results and exceeding expectations in all mandates she encounters.
